About Your Role
Reporting to the Enterprise Change Manager, these positions are responsible for designing and implementing change management strategies that support smooth transitions for staff as new systems, processes and ways of working are introduced across the organisation.

You will enjoy interacting with diverse stakeholders and possess the communication and relationship skills to thrive in a fast paced, diverse and complex environment.

- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify impacts, risks and adoption challenges.
- Coordinate change activities including communications, engagement, learning and readiness initiatives to ensure stakeholders are informed, supported and prepared for change.
- Build strong relationships with leaders, project teams and frontline stakeholders to understand change impacts, concerns and support requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and engagement activities to gather feedback, validate approaches and support stakeholder participation throughout the change process.
- Act as a key link between project teams and operational teams, ensuring frontline perspectives are understood and incorporated into decision-making.
Your experience shall align with
- Proven experience designing and delivering change management initiatives across people, process, technology and/or business transformation projects.
- Demonstrated experience applying human-centred and agile approaches to support successful change adoption across frontline, operational and/or corporate environments.
- Ability to develop and implement change plans that build stakeholder awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and reinforcement throughout the change journey.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organisation.
