About The Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Change Manager to work within our Enterprise Project Management team.
Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, the Change Manager will champion change management frameworks in a cross-functional environment to integrate change management activities into project plans. The primary focus of the role is to define, plan and execute change management plans to support communication and transition activities.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have a proven background in managing change as a part of enterprise-wide projects.
Key success criteria include:
- Experience managing change on complex projects, effectively implementing changes to business processes, systems, and technology.
- Advanced strategic and critical thinking, planning and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to drive fast adoption to achieve outcomes and increase benefits realisation and ROI.
- Demonstrated knowledge of change management frameworks and a working understanding of project management methodologies.

If you have lived or worked for a continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years, a certified International Police Check from that country or countries will also be required.
