Scope is seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to support our team to deliver Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services across the state. Work flexibly within a hybrid home/ office model and be part of the ultimate work life balance.
About The Role
As the Business Support Officer you will play a pivotal role in providing the team with your analytical expertise through monitoring and reporting the financial performance, productivity as well as customer satisfaction across the services. In addition you will:
Join a market leader renowned for its Positive Behaviour Support services on a part time fixed term basis (.4 or .5) for a period of 18 months
Be accountable for achieving relevant key deliverables in line with the strategic plan
Responsible for monitoring the budgetary and operational expenditure of the team
Responsible for the pricing model of its products and services to ensure financial growth and sustainability

About You
Tertiary qualified, or equivalent in a relevant discipline e.g.: business management, practice management, human services management
A team player who has the ability to break down complex analysis into clear and concise terms
Have a continuous improvement mind-set
You truly believe in our mission to enable each person we support to live as an equal and empowered citizen
You are an experienced practitioner and have relevant experience in disability/ working with the NDIS
You are committed to the reduction/ elimination of restrictive practices and improving the quality of life of your customers
You have excellent communication and team skills
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must provide the following:
Current Driver’s License and your own vehicle
Satisfactory Working With Children's Check (Employee)
NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
COVID-19 digital certificate
