About the Role

Scope has an exciting opportunity for a Business Application Support Officer to work within our ICT Division. This role will be responsible for general service desk support for business application users, data management and data entry to ensure maintenance of the applications including its continuing development and improvement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain documentation and procedures
  • Provide a high level of quality support to business application users
  • Perform general system maintenance tasks
  • Log and maintain support activities primarily for business applications
  • Provide first level support for business applications
  • Responding quickly to requests and incidents, allocating them to appropriate resources and escalating when necessary
  • Provide a high level of customer service to users over the phone and on-site
  • Conduct system testing steps and analysis/documentation of test results as directed

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience managing the provision of email and telephone support to supported business systems users
  • Application support experience – Level 1
  • CRM experience - Salesforce is preferred
  • ITSM ticket management system experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience in data analysis and report development
