If you are a Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Nurse or Social Worker with relevant experience in Disability and Positive Behaviour Support, then we want to hear from you!

Scope are seeking passionate practitioners to join our team to deliver Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services across the state. Work flexibly within a hybrid home/ office model and be part of the ultimate work life balance.

About You

  • A passionate individual who is degree qualified in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Nursing or equivalent.
  • You truly believe in our mission to enable each person we support to live as an equal and empowered citizen
  • You are an experienced practitioner and have relevant experience in disability/ working with the NDIS
  • You are committed to the reduction/ elimination of restrictive practices and improving the quality of life of your customers
  • You have excellent communication and team skills

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must provide the following:

  • Current Driver’s License and your own vehicle
  • Satisfactory Working With Children's Check (Employee)
  • Registered with AHPRA or for Speech Pathologists, you are a practising member of Speech Pathology Australia
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
  • COVID-19 digital certificate
