A key focus of the role is coordinating organisation-wide preparation for Scope’s NDIS mid-cycle surveillance audit scheduled for October–November 2026, including supporting readiness assessments, evidence collection, action tracking and engagement with operational and Practice Governance and Regulatory Reporting teams.

About You

  • Operational experience in service delivery relevant to Scope Services.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to disability services, including NDIS, disability legislation, and quality and safeguarding standards.
  • Experience in compliance, regulatory reporting, risk management, or governance in a human services or disability sector context.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and documentation.
  • Experience in conducting internal audits or assurance activities.

You are likely to have operational experience across SIL homes in the NDIS.
