About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Participant Liaison Officer to work within our Chief Employment Pathways Officer division.

This role will be responsible for the management of the portfolio of participants, including all aspects of their NDIS service funding. Liaising with the customer reference group (Chair) to link participants into the customer reference groups.

Your Key Focus

Reporting to the Client Success Manager, your role will focus on:

  • Development, quoting and implementation of participant plans that meet the participants needs and expectations.
  • Participate in planning and review meetings to assist the participant to achieve the correct funding to enhance their goals and required services.
  • Maintaining participant information, compliance requirements for consent and service agreement documentation across organisational management systems.

What We Look For

  • Demonstrated experience in managing the delivery of customer support plans within a disability framework
  • Sales and marketing experience desirable particularly in areas of enquiry management and/or engagement
  • NDIS scheme funding experience
  • Previous front-line experience, supporting people with disabilities
  • Experience with case management / working as a support coordinator within a SIL environment – highly desirable
  • High level of problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
