2024 Therapy Graduate Program

At Scope, you can develop your skills and gain holistic theoretical and practical knowledge in a safe and supportive environment. You will gain exposure to a diversity of customers from children, young people and adults who are experiencing learning, language, sensory, intellectual, physical, and cognitive difficulties.

Our graduate program has been specially designed to expand on your university studies, and your dedicated Graduate Coordinator will be there to support you on your journey.

Plus, you will have access to a broad therapy network with connections to our state-wide teams. We also offer plenty of development opportunities that go beyond your graduating year including topics such as behaviour management, telehealth tips & tricks, Key Word Sign, and sensory processing.

The 2024 Therapy Graduate Program positions are full time commencing in February 2024.

As a Graduate Therapist

  • You will deliver goal directed therapy to children, young people and adults who are experiencing learning, language, sensory, intellectual, physical, and cognitive difficulties
  • Undertake functional skill assessments and home assessments
  • Provide services that build on client’s strengths and develop sustainable long-term solutions
  • Provide evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapists and Psychologist to provide holistic customer care.

About you

  • Recently completed or will be completing your university studies in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy in 2023
  • You are committed to family and person-centred approaches, supporting inclusion and participation
  • Have a passion to enable people to live as equal and empowered citizens

  • NDIS Worker Screening
  • NDIS Workers module certificate
  • Drivers License
  • International Police Check (if you have lived overseas in the last 10 years for a continuous 12 month period)
  • COVID-19 vaccination certificate
  • APHRA registration (Occupational therapy and Physiotherapy)
  • Provisional Certified Practising Speech Pathology (CPSP) membership through Speech Pathology Australia (Speech Pathology)
