About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Communications and Engagement Advisor - Industrial Relations to work within our People and Culture division.
Reporting into the Communications Manager, your role will help plan and lead the implementation of comprehensive communication and engagement strategies to support enterprise bargaining efforts.
Working with the Head of People Transformation and the Communications Manager, this critical role is part of the EBA project team as a specialist in industrial relations communication and engagement.
Your Key Focus
You will be responsible for creating and managing content across various platforms to inform and engage employees about bargaining initiatives and changes, fostering a collaborative workplace culture that builds trust and transparency, and contributing to greater organisational capacity in enterprise bargaining through education and communication resources.
