Therapy Graduate Program

You can apply for our graduate program if you have recently completed or are completing your university studies in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy this year. 

We look for people who:

About our graduate program

The Therapy Graduate Program is a 12-month program dedicated to you, to build on your university studies and expand your learning and understanding of Scope and Therapy services.

The program is structured to provide you with general and discipline specific therapy topics to develop your skills and achieve holistic theoretical and practical knowledge in a safe and supportive environment.

The program has been designed to be interactive and flexible for you to gain exposure to a diversity of customers from children, young people and adults, who are experiencing learning, language, sensory, intellectual, physical and cognitive difficulties.

Your dedicated Therapy Graduate Program Coordinator will be there to support you as well as our highly motivated and experienced Therapy Team Leaders who are excited to share their knowledge and experiences by facilitating some of the program sessions.

We also offer plenty of development opportunities that go beyond your graduating year including topics such as Supporting Families, Behaviour Management, Key Word Sign, and Sensory Processing.
