The Therapy Graduate Program is a 12 month program dedicated to you to gain learnings and understanding of Scope and Therapy services. Your graduate cohort, your team and team leader will support you whilst you navigate your first steps as a professional therapist at Scope. Whilst you drive your learning journey we have also allocated 5 workshop days (face to face and online) within your graduate program for you to participate in with your graduate cohort. These workshops can be tailored to a particular topic should there be an area you would like to learn more about. We also have general and discipline specific workshop topics which our highly motivated and experienced Therapy Team Leaders embrace at the opportunity to present to you. The workshops have been designed to be interactive, educational, practical and flexible.

"I really enjoyed it – it was a good way to make connections, see people face-to-face and bounce off each other. The highlight for me was the knowledge of those presenting and knowing there was support from people who have been in the industry." - Brianna Pursell, a recent La Trobe alumna studying Masters of Speech Pathology
