About The Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Finance Officer - Accounts Payable to work within our Shared Services Team.

As a professional accounts payable officer your main duties relate to all things AP, including day to day processing of financial transactions in  TechnologyOne such as matching of purchase orders, goods receipts & invoices, processing of  payments, journals, internal charges, etc ensuring all supporting documentation has been received prior to processing

You will be the central point for all transactional queries for internal and external stakeholder, attend meetings as relevant to the role, assistant in end of month processes and reconciliations. Assist with financial audits will also be required. 

About You

To be successful in the role you thrive working in a fast paced highly transactional role and have at least 5 years experience in a similar role preferably using Technology One or equivalent. You are a go getter and love the challenge of meeting deadlines. You are an excel wizz with your negotiation and prioritisation skills second to none. Base accounting qualification favourable.
