About the Role

As one of a team of Managers of Services, you will provide operational leadership and direction that ensures high quality service deliver across Day and Lifestyle Options services for customers. You will work closely with the General Manager, Day & Lifestyle Options to ensure the service meets the current and emerging needs of customers with a view to grow our offerings.

The role will work with a diverse array of stakeholders including families to support participants to fulfil their goals. There are two roles available within our Eastern and Northern regions..

About You

These roles are crucial appointments for the organisation and will drive the success of our Day & Lifestyle Options services. We aim to lead the market in the short and long term. We are seeking leaders who are passionate about social inclusion and improving the lives of people living with disability.

You will have excellent problem-solving skills, be decisive, and have a track record of managing difficult situations well. People who have worked for you will say what a great manager you are – capable of helping people achieve their best and able to deal quickly and decisively on poor performance.

You have a high degree of personal resilience which is demonstrated in your ability to work through difficult issues while remaining professional and able to keep your eyes on delivering on strategic change and performance improvement.

You will be an energetic and effective leader of people and teams, capable of drawing out the best in people. You will thrive in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment where you have significant responsibility and accountability.

You will hold a formal qualification in a Human Services Discipline or equivalent and experience in managing service delivery in a disability/community services environment,
