About The Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Finance Administration Officer to work within our Finance Department.

The role encompasses many aspects of transactional finance functions, including but not limited to creation of customer contracts for our customers in our supporting independent living homes, ensuring data is accurate, government funding is secured, preparing and reviewing pre billing reports, liaising with internal and external customers, supporting accounts payable and at times involvement in debt collection activities.

About You

You will be highly motivated and organises with excellent problem solving ability and exceptional attention to detail. You will be customer focussed with the ability to communication with a wide range of customer and other stakeholders. Experience and exposure to a wide variety of finance and administrative functions a must. You are a forward thinker who loves a challenge. 

Experience in disability sector and associated funding highly regarded.

Please note, the successful applicant will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check and a Police Check. If you have lived or worked for a continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years, a certified International Police Check from that country or countries will also be required.
