About The Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Client Funds System Implementation Manager to work within our Shared Services department.
The role is responsible for the implementation of key deliverables outlined in a recent internal audit report to ensure practices are contemporary and consistent across all residential properties at Scope Australia.
Your key tasks will be to develop a project plan with key deliverables, including reporting and tracking mechanisms. Develop policies, procedures and training plans, assist in the rollout of these plans and liaise with participants, families, financial intermediaries and financial institutions.
Are you a self starter, who is comfortable working solo and in a team? Are you process orientated and do you have the ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders quickly? Can you see both the bigger picture and detailed path to reach a goal?
To be considered for the role you will need to demonstrate experience in process improvement and project management, have great negotiation and influencing skills, possess a high degree of analytical and problem solving skills and be proficient in writing policies/procedures and training plans. In addition, you are resilient with a positive can do attitude and possess excellent time management skills.
Experience using Visio and exposure to client funds management in the disability or similar sector will be highly advantageous.
