Grad Program for Allied Health

Ready to kickstart your career and make a real impact? If you’re in your final year of university and are eager to dive into the world of therapy services, Scope’s 12-month Allied Health Graduate Program is for you. We’re looking for passionate, driven, and creative individuals ready to be part of something bigger.

Over the course of a year, you’ll be fully immersed in hands-on experiences, working alongside industry experts. Our program is designed to support your growth with an individualised learning plan, additional shadowing and supervision sessions, and dedicated collaboration sessions and workshops. You’ll be supported by a network of fabulous professionals, including a team leader, student coordinator, clinical supervisors, and highly skilled peers. You'll learn the ropes, build lasting connections, and develop the confidence to take on the world.

Upon completing the program, you'll have the opportunity to continue your journey with Scope, building a long-term career that truly makes a difference. You'll be a highly skilled and confident therapist, helping individuals and families navigate the NDIS and providing essential support to those who need it most.
