About The Role
Scope has an exciting opportunity for a number of Quality Business Partners to work within our Quality Safeguarding Team. The positions will be located within the Divisional Business areas across Scope's Melbourne Metro and Bayside Region.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Business Partners responsibility is to support the operational effectiveness of all core quality and safeguarding systems. The role will work in collaboration with the other members of the Quality and Safeguarding Team to ensure an integrated approach to improved work practices and systems is achieved across the organisation.
You will work collaboratively with key operational staff and group business support services to ensure we continue to deliver high quality person centred care that is aligned to the expectations and needs of our customers, staff and the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding requirements, through positive relationship building, coaching, mentoring and advisory to all stakeholders.
You will excel in establishing effective working relationships in order to support delivery teams to provide high quality services. You will demonstrate an understanding of person centred practice and the needs and supports required for people living with a Disability.
Utilising your effective communication skills you will be able to coach, mentor and influence multiple stakeholders to ensure best practice and compliance.
You will be able to work in collaboration with multiple cross functional teams to support the quality standards, systems and practices.
With your attention to detail and understandings of systems, you will collate and analyse data from quality management systems for auditing and incident management purposes.
You will thrive in a flexible, dynamic environment and have the ability to travel across the dedicated region you support;
