About The Role

Scope has an exciting opportunity for a full time Customer Relationship Lead to work within Scope’s Communication and Inclusion Resource Centre (CIRC), based in Hawthorn.

Scope’s CIRC team work with business and services to become more inclusive and accessible. We provide training and develop resources to ensure that staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to be more inclusive of all customers with a disability. As a Customer Relationship Lead for CIRC’s Access Services, you will be responsible for our corporate and community customer’s experience of service throughout the enquiry, intake, service set up and review of contract components.

  • You are an effective communicator and are highly organised
  • You have experience in negotiating through complex systems to get to positive outcomes
  • You have experience or a passion for building the capacity of the community to be more inclusive and accessible
  • You enjoy working as part of a passionate and dynamic team and contributing to the effectiveness of the team

Please note, the successful applicant will be required to hold a Working with Children Check and a Police Check issued in the last 12 months for employment in the Disability sector.  If you have lived or worked for a continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years, a certified International Police Check from that country or countries will also be required.
