About The Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Client Funds Management Officer to work within our Quality and Finance teams.
The role takes the lead in developing and implementing best practice policies and procedures that ensure client funds are managed to the highest standards and that our internal and external compliance requirements are met.
The first six months will see you undertake audit of current practices as well as investigating and developing best practice with the latter half of the tenure dedicated to implementing and monitoring.
Working alongside key stakeholders you will be involved in budgeting, reporting, training and driving change in a customer centric environment.
There will be a requirement to travel to our sites around regional Victoria and Melbourne Metropolitan area.
Whilst you are results driven you operate collaboratively, show respect, encourage ideas and foster team work. You strive for excellence, have the ability to identify issues and work towards rectifying them with the ability to balance both long and short term benefits in doing so.
You are empathetic, pragmatic and passionate about the sector and strive to raise the bar in implementing sustainable customer focused processes to delivery quality services.
