About The Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Customer Relationship Lead to work within our North Metro Therapy department
As the Customer Relationship Lead for North Metro Therapy you will be responsible for our customers experience of service throughout the intake, service set up and review components of their therapy service. You will ensure that appropriate information is captured and shared within our customer management system. You will liaise with the National Disability Insurance Scheme to ensure good customer outcomes.
- You are interested in people and are an effective communicator who listens for meaning.
- You have experience in negotiating through complex systems to get to positive outcomes.
- You have experience with therapy services and/or the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to the effectiveness of the team.
